Do you want to experience a calm and restorative moment in nature? Forest bathing is a meditative experience where, with simple exercises and the help of nature, we lower stress levels, increase well-being and strengthen the immune system.
Forest bathing is a practice rooted in Japan, where research has shown that spending time in the forest can lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones and activate the immune system. Now you have the chance to experience this in the beautiful gardens of Hildasholm.
Together with Jeanette Palmqvist from JP's Praktik, you will have a guided experience where you let go of everyday noise and let nature embrace you. After the forest bath, we round off with a joint breakfast in the café.
